Bluebonnet Petrochemical Solutions has provided excellence since 2009. Established by founder Joy Baker, BPS is proud to be a Woman Owned Small Business, certified by the WBENC. Joy has a background in chemical engineering, and has experience in the semi-conductor industry. It was in her time working in the industry that she sought to provide a solution to the modern problem of excessive chemical waste. With $600, a laptop and a vision, BPS was born.

BPS operates a fleet of trucks to safely transport all manner of products and waste while managing the material transported in the most cost-effective and compliant manner possible. BPS is in good standing with the Department of Transportation, and it is our commitment to our customers to provide safe trucking options when their material is on our trucks.
